Hot Air Oven - Touch Screen is a time-tested instrument to assess the change in physical properties of the materials with a change in temperature. This is an advanced model with complete touch screen control and upgraded features. It comes with 3 colors tower style alarm to alert the operator. For a successful product delivery, it is very important to the test the properties of the raw materials. This chamber is capable of simulating the real-life working conditions in a confined cabinet.

The machine is made up of high-grade steel with an inner chamber made up of stainless steel and external body made up of mild steel. This is highly corrosion resistant material which increases the shelf life of the product and reduces the cost of maintenance. Works on forced air circulation, thermal convection principle, performs various types of tests like ageing, heat deformation, compression set, heat resistance required in rubber and plastic industries. The Hot Air Oven comes with air circulating fan for maintaining heating efficiency. It is designed with double wool insulation and double door protection to keep the temperature of the chamber consistent throughout the test process. It is always advised not to open the chamber door immediately once the test process is over. Failure to do so would result in thermal shock to the sample. Let the chamber reaches the ambient temperature or so and then take the sample out for further analysis. The machine is supplied with calibration certificate which is traceable to NABL accredited labs.
