It has the capability of simulating years worth of sunlight, rain and humidity in just few days. It allows you to test your product by exposing it to a standardized cycle of UV rays, rain and then humidity, that too on accelerated pace to check how will the product react after years of being in use. How do you perform a test in the UV Light Accelerated Weathering Chamber?
 
Before investing in any instrument you must know how it works and how does it work. The UV light test chamber helps you test your sample in an accelerated environment of UV rays, rain and humidity. You can perform his test in just a few simple steps: 
 
Sample Preparation: First step to conduct any step is the Sample Preparation. The sample should be in a sheet form its dimensions should be 150 x 75 mm. You can put 48 different samples at a time! 
 
Placement: After the sample is prepared, place them in the rectangular slots for testing. 
Calibration; Calibration in simple words means to set the device according to your needs. Put your needed conditions through the HMI screen and conduct the test. 
After the test is done observe the sample for the effects of the weather on it and make changes accordingly. In these few steps you can check your sample for any kind of defects!
 
There are three key segments in a typical test cycle. Segment-1 that is the Light/Dry Period- It consists of the UV radiations that are put on the sample. Segment-2 is the rain/Spray Period in which a fine water mist is sprinkled on the sample for a longer period. Segment-3 is the dark/ Condensation Period in this cycle the sample is exposed to accelerated humidity weathers allowing you to test your sample in the whole year experience in just a few hours!
